Birth support

Birth support starts with a $50 consultation. That hour is where you and Rita talk through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum plans.

Nighttime postpartum

Overnight care is planned around your family. Most nights run 9 pm to 6 am or 10 pm to 6 am. The rate is set with Rita when you book.

Fourth Trimester Retreat

The Fourth Trimester Journey

Six weeks · 3 visits/week × 8 hours · 144 hours total

A signature long-term experience that changes as Mom heals, baby grows, and the family becomes more confident.

  • Weeks 1–2 — Rest & recovery: maternal rest, newborn care, feeding support, and adjusting to life at home
  • Weeks 3–4 — Rhythm & confidence: baby cues, soothing, feeding patterns, family routines, and continued recovery support
  • Weeks 5–6 — Transition & independence: sustainable routines and a confident step down from intensive doula support

This package is custom quoted after consultation so the schedule and level of support can be matched to each family.

Optional Overnight Retreat Support

Overnight support may be added to qualifying retreat packages based on availability. The goal is to protect restorative sleep while maintaining responsive newborn care.
